Additionally, we may reveal such information to the extent we reasonably believe it is necessary: 1. to prevent reasonably certain death or substantial bodily harm or to prevent you from committing a criminal act that we believe is likely to  result in substantial injury to the financial interest or property of another; 2. to secure legal advice about our compliance with these rules; 3. to establish a claim or defense on our behalf in a controversy between you and us, to establish a defense to a criminal charge or civil claim against us based upon conduct in which you were involved, or to respond to allegations in any proceeding concerning our representation of you; 4. to comply with other law or a court order; 5. to detect and resolve conflicts of interest arising from the change of employment of a lawyer we employ or employed or from changes in our composition or ownership, but only if the revealed information would not compromise the attorney-client privilege or otherwise prejudice you.

IV. Scope of Representation. During the online legal consultation, we may mutually agree to other legal services, including representing you in all, or part of, any anticipated or ongoing legal case. When we represent you in only a part of your legal case it is called "limited representation."

Additionally, we do not have to help you with any other part of your case. The limited services we may provide you include: 1. providing you general advice about your legal rights and responsibilities in connection with potential litigation at a one-time online legal consultation and/or further meetings, telephone calls or correspondence; 2. assisting you in the preparation of your court or mediation matter by explaining court procedures, conducting legal research and analysis, reviewing court papers and other documents prepared by or for your case, suggesting court papers for you to prepare, or drafting court papers for your use; 3. representing you in Court but only for the specific matter(s) we mutually agree upon.

V. Payment and Refunds. Your online payment is a retainer that we will use to bill against time we spend with you during your online legal consultation. Time is measured in five-minute increments. We will refund you any unused portion of your retainer. If we mutually agree, we will retain any unused portion of your retainer for other legal services.
